Our founding group of veterinarians first came together in November of 2004, and VWB/VSF-Canada was officially established in 2005. We come from Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Collectively, we have extensive international veterinary experience on every continent except Antarctica, and expertise in a wide range of veterinary skills, from working with companion animals and livestock, aquaculture (fish and shellfish), to ecosystem health, public health and wildlife. These founding members came from private veterinary practice, academia (all four of Canada’s veterinary colleges), government agencies and non-government agencies.
