Our Education Program is focused on building expertise in animal, human and ecosystem health. Committed to sharing information in culturally-appropriate ways, VWB/VSF enables trained professionals and students the opportunity to collaborate with animal health workers and farmers’ groups in developing communities. Together, VWB/VSF members and students work with their international colleagues to teach short courses, deliver training materials, and facilitate curricula development for animal and public health programs. By providing international experiences, VWB/VSF is helping the next generation of animal health workers prepare themselves for complex public health issues and work in cross-disciplinary settings.
